I love the holiday season!!!

Sorry it took me so long to blog again life has been crazy! With school, work, Amanda having the baby(YEAH) ... it's been hectic : ) My new goal is to make sure that I slow down and smell the roses. I have been in such a hurry to get done with school that I am not enjoying life like I sould be and with the holiday season, well you know how busy and hectic it gets, it is really hard to slow down. So Tommy and I made a promise to not let eachother, well more like not let me, rush so much and enjoy this point in our lives even though we would rather be teaching right now. I know God has us just where he wants us! I still can't believe Im an aunt, I just hope I can be as cool as my aunts are ; ) Well i just took down all my Halloween decorations it was sad because i love the bright oranges, purples, greens and black colors! But its also good because the next wave of decorations are even more fun! Poor tommy Im already wanting to listen to christams music and put up christmas decorations even though its not even thanksgiving yet! I just get so excited!! I will try and be better about updating! WE FOUND A PLACE

YEAH so we found a place actually bigger and cheaper!!! Its 1000 sq ft 2 bed 2 bath and we are super stoked!! We signed the lease yesterday and hopefully we will get the keys toward the end of the month (the sooner the better) so we can paint and start moving stuff in! Its going to be crazy with school starting on the 25th and moving but I know we can do it!!! Im so excited for the jazz choir to be back up and running, I miss singing and preforming so much!!! Oh and Tommy is so cute I just love him to pieces!!! So this last weekend we moved mom and dad starting sat 7 am til 12am and again on sunday 7am til 12am and then i have been helping mom unpack the ba-jillion boxes and I have been just exhausted so tommy surprised me with flowers and dinner!!! I finally got our blog up!!!

Woo Hoo its up and running, I just hope I am good enough to keep up with it!! Well Tommy and I have been married almost 9 months now and have been together 4 years 5 months and he still sweeps me off my feet!! I'm a lucky and blessed girl!! However, we just got a notice saying our rent was going up and that we had to tell them if we were continuing our lease or not by Aug 10th but our lease doesn't end until Oct 10th, 60 day notice how poopie is that! But we would like to move anyway because our apartment still has a smoke smell from the owners before. So we need all the prayers that we can get in finding a new place. We just keep on trying to listen to God and where he wants us. We are getting closer to teaching but it seems so far away, we start the NAU distance learning program here in the fall of '09 and should be able to start teaching in the fall of 2011. It feels so far away but I know time will fly.
